PPG appoints new global packaging coatings chief
Global coatings and chemicals producer PPG has appointed Denise Lu Jing Lyu as vice president of Global Packaging Coatings.
Lu Jing Lyu, who took up the role on 1 January, most recently served as general manager of PPG’s industrial coatings, Asia Pacific division. Prior to that, she was global marketing director of PPG’s automotive refinish business.
“I am looking forward to my new role and helping the Packaging Coatings team drive meaningful impact and growth,” Lu Jing Lyu said. “I am particularly excited about tackling challenges head-on and contributing to the organisation’s long-term success.
“Throughout my career I have prioritised fostering teamwork, empowering individuals and leading with purpose to overcome obstacles and achieve impactful results.”
